This award honors the athlete who has the most potential to play U18AAA. Like any award, this is subjective and very difficult to predict, especially at the younger levels. Some athletes will make it and contribute, some will make it for a very short period of time and be, at best, fringe players. And some won’t make it at all. But at this moment, they are seen to have the best chances to make it.
